Absolutely a fantastic hotel, hasna on reception is a star , Brian and Anthony the waiters both brilliant and Mariana in charge of restaurant is outstanding, we stayed for 5 nights are were treated like royalty , the food quality is both brilliant and imaginative . The outside area pool /gardens fab.

What can I say , beautiful hotel and gardens. We were there for quite a while and every member of staff was amazing under the care of an excellent general manager. Nothing was too much for any of them and they were all efficient and friendly. Cocktails were amazing and imaginative with the fastest barmen in the West!. Food was exquisite and very like the Martini Advert “Anytime , anyplace , anywhere” Lovely menus offering a wide range of choices of food. Tranquil small spa with friendly and efficient therapists Could recommend to anybody, we will be back

Wir durften sechs Nächte in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus verbringen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl, als wurde man schon jahrelang in diesem Haus ständig zu Gast sein. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend, die Drinks an der Bar sind top, das Treatment überzeugt doch beste Qualität, nochmals vielen Dank an alle für eine wunderbare Zeit in einem außergewöhnlichen Hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for my partner's 50th. Four nights of luxury. Enjoyed both the restaurant and bar food. The outside seating round the pool is very relaxing and we enjoyed a tour of the wine cellar and kitchen garden. What is absolutely exceptional and really makes the place is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly and professional. Special mention to Anthony, Ben, Brian not Adams!!) and Diego, although I really couldn't fault anyone. The owners should be extremely proud of the staff

Went for our wedding Anniversary lunch on Friday 1st Aug. Very nice setting, good service from attentive staff and good food but not exceptional. I found my starter - the garden salad to be bland and gave feedback that it wld have benefited from a more flavoursome dressing. Also, had chocolate cheesecake for pud that I wld say was more of a chocolate mouse. We weren't totally happy either about being served a much more expensive wine than the one we ordered. It was good but until paying bill we were not aware of the difference in cost.

Exceptional staff great attention to detail superb hotel. luca who heads F and B is a joy to watch. His old fashioned management style of "managing by being around" works magic on all the guests. Each person is given complete attention and made to feel special. He runs the team expertly. Benson and Brian who meet you on arrival set the tone of friendliness, charm and service. Huge thanks to all for giving us such a special and memorable stay... even the seagull!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Manoir pour mon anniversaire et tout était parfait ! Service très attentionné, aimable et professionnel, très beau manoir et superbe jardin. Délicieux petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner du soir. Un tout petit bémol (mais ce ne sont que des détails) : les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains et une machine Nespresso dans la chambre aurait été un petit plus. Mention spéciale au service, irréprochable !
